Lets see how  you’ve grabbed the topic by your performance in this master drill exercise.
1.            of the girls in SSS1 play basketball and  play volleyball. Every girl plays at least one of these games. If 27 girls play both games, how many girls are in the class?  
2.           In an election there were three candidates.  of the electors voted for the winner. The runner-upreceived  of the remaining votes.
a.     What fraction of the electors voted for the third candidate?
b.     If the winner received 3 021 votes more than the runner-up, how many electors voted?
3.           A man made a will in which he left  of his money to his wife and  of the remainder to his eldest child. The rest was to be shared equally among his four younger children. If each of the younger children received $108 000, what was his wife’s share?
4.           During one year in a school,  of the students had measles,  had chicken pox and  had neither. What fraction of the school had both measles and chickenpox?
